Ribbon Cuitting for Windsor Historial Society unveiling of Sculpture

The Windsor Chamber will hold a ribbon cutting for the Windsor Historical Society for the unveiling of their Sculpture created by artist Austin Weishel. The artist describes this work as an "Over-Life Size monument for the Town of Windsor, CO. Structured to have the pump with an additional two kids holding "sugar beets" .  Signifying how the town became what it is today from the 1900's." The concert in the park will start after the ribbon cutting.
