Hi, I'm Heather Watters, Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Provider, and the owner of ME! Wellness. With more than 25 years in healthcare, I'm passionate about helping people uncover the root causes of their symptoms rather than simply masking them. My practice focuses on functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and wellness, using personalized, evidence-based care to help patients feel their best.

I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered on their health journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring Colorado, caring for my houseplants, and continually expanding my knowledge so I can provide the best care possible for my patients.
