Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of sushi in this fun, hands-on cooking class! Let’s Roll! is designed to take the mystery out of sushi-making and give you the confidence to create beautiful, delicious sushi at home.

In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to properly prepare and season sushi rice, work with nori, and master essential rolling techniques. We’ll guide you step-by-step through creating both raw and cooked sushi rolls, covering ingredient selection, balance of flavors, and rolling styles so you feel comfortable and confident with a variety of options.

You will work in pairs, rolling and assembling multiple sushi creations while learning insider tips for clean rolls, proper filling ratios, and simple presentation techniques. Whether you’re new to sushi or looking to refine your skills, this class is approachable, informative, and seriously fun.

Once the rolling is done, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the sushi you’ve made—because the best part of cooking is eating!
